Class Description:
Sometimes you just want to have fun and experience a little magic! In this fast workshop you will do just that creating a custom ring that can provide hours of satisfaction - just in time for Mother's Day! Students will construct two bands, a sterling silver ring cut to fit perfectly and a second textured spinner band that will be trapped onto the silver band miraculously! Students will gain knowledge of silver soldering, some metal texturing and become familiar with the three-dimensional possibilities of working with silver.
This is an ideal introduction to the wonderful world of rings! No experience necessary.
Materials Kit Includes:
- Sterling silver sheet to create one band
- Contrasting wire for a spinner
