Artist Statement: This sterling silver ring features a locket whose upper chamber holds a 14 karat yellow gold compass rose, enclosing a pivoting transparent sapphire. Princess-cut diamond melees mark the cardinal points. Beneath, basse-taille bluish-green enamel evokes the vast ocean—an uncertainty navigated by faith. When closed, a natural marquise-shaped diamond forms a radiant Third Eye, symbolizing inner vision and awakened awareness. Fleur-de-lis carvings along the shank recall historic compass markers, guiding with clarity and a sense of divine orientation.
Artist Bio: My inspiration comes from wandering through gardens, exploring museums, and admiring architecture. Every journey shapes my perspective and fuels my creativity, as I continuously explore and create. From an early age, I was influenced by my father, a Feng Shui consultant, and became fascinated by the balance of Yin and Yang. My work reflects this ongoing search for harmony—capturing fleeting beauty, transforming it, and shaping it into wearable art that embodies both contrast and equilibrium.
