The Round Table series is an exciting new opportunity to learn and connect, in a relaxed and creative space, our gallery! Set around a shared table, surrounded by artwork and jewelry, these short, intimate classes bring together artists and learners in a warm, conversational setting. Each class explores a different topic — from hands-on art to professional business skills — creating opportunities to grow and be part of a creative community. Grab a coffee from Herkimer next door and settle in for a good time!
Class Description:
Join us for two hours of spontaneous painting by tapping into our creative intuition. This class is appropriate for all levels and is about creative exploration and freedom. A freedom that we can find by letting go of the critical voice in our head, connecting within and letting the painting process flow from that place. The goal is to have fun during the process of painting instead of focusing on the end goal. There are no mistakes here, just joyful discovery in a non-judgmental space. I will guide the process with a variety of tips, insights, suggestions and fun tools that will help you stay in a place of play and discovery.
Materials INCLUDED:
- All materials will be provided such as canvas, paint, brushes, water jars etc.
Students MAY Bring:
- whatever paint and painting tools you like
