Mary Stafford

Mary Stafford is a metalsmith working across a wide range of scales, creating jewelry and sculptural works. Deeply motivated by the creative process, she allows each piece to evolve through exploration, experimentation and the material response. A wide range of media is thoughtfully selected to best serve the final form and concept of each work. Mary’s metal jewelry and sculptures have been recognized in Craftforms and International Cloisonne Jewelry Contest in Japan, as well as a number of other local and national juried exhibitions. Mary is active in the Seattle Metals Guild and retains membership in other regional and national arts organizations.

Her work has been published in The Art of Fine Enameling.
