Amanda Bristow

Born on the southern coast of Oregon and raised in the Midwest, Amanda Bristow is a silversmith with a BFA in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Inspired by fairytales, illustration and the natural world, Amanda carves her whimsical flora and fauna in wax using the ancient art of lost wax casting. Through spirit animals, talismans and stylized interpretations of nature she brings her magical inner world to life in silver and bronze. Amanda currently resides in Oregon making jewelry and getting lost in nature.
